Taverna brillo pizza

100 g sliced or chopped ​​mozzarella cheese

100 g of cheese with much taste (like prästost)

100 g of Kalixlöjrom (caviar)

2 dl cream fraiche

Finely chopped red onion

Chopped chives

Dill

Lemon




  1. Use a already done pizza dough or do one yourself

  2. Set oven to 250 ° C.

  3. Pull or roll out the dough piece and place on sheet with baking paper.

  4. Spread out creme fraiche mixed with lemon on the pizza base so it cover the pizza (us as much as you would us for tomatosauce on a regular pizza) as well as the mozzarella and cheese with much taste.

  5. Put it in the lower part of the oven about 8 minutes.

  6. Take out and divide the pizza into mini squares, then garnish every piece with cream fraîche, caviar, onions, chive, dill and lemon

I don't follow the recipe all the way but I use the recipe to see the ingredients :) . This is so so yummy, you need to try it. I have also made a vegetarian one with "tångcarviar". It is caviar made from seeweed.
