You can easy do a vegan version if you like. I promise you, everybody I served this too has absolutely loved it. So when I got a question to share my best pasta dish I had to go with this one. You will need:


4 persons

750 g chicken breast

5 dl/2,5 cups of oat cream

2 tbs chicken broth/or vegan if you like

10 sun-drained tomatoes

1 tsp sambal oelek

1 tsp dried rosemary

20 black olives with out the kernel

rapeseed oil

basil

salt & pepper


Start with soaking he sun drained tomatoes in some water (if you don't use the one in oil) for 30 minutes. Slice the chicken breasts finely. Pour some oil in the pan and start frying the chicken. Add some salt and pepper. Give them a nice color. Add the oat cream and broth of your choice. Slice the tomatoes and add them in the pan. Then add rosemary and sambal oelek and let simmer on low heat for 20 minutes under a lid. Chop the olives and then add them to the pan.

Chop the basil and add to the pan. It's ready to serve.


Serve with boiled pasta of your choice and a nice green salad.
