During midsummer we took a road trip to my parents. More pictures is coming up and I'm so happy to be back blogging. More content is really coming up soon.

It all started when I was looking for essential oils for my DIYs on YouTube. All the bottles I found had a synthetic scent and they did not feel real. But I have also for several years had a great interest in crystals and oracle cards and gradually began to look at essential oils as a next step. I then started looking for, and I also tried, several different diffusers (of different quality) to get a wonderful scent in the home without being dependent on scented candles.

All of a sudden one day I saw a diffuser - it was IT - ARIA. I was completely drawn to it and felt I needed one. And when I searched for it, I found a woman on instagram who had it. Everything she shared in her flow seemed so simple and beautiful and she also shared practical DIY and wonderful rituals.

We got in touch and she invited me to the wonderful oily community. I was so drawn to all the knowledge and community that was here and I decided to give it a try, and I have to say it was the best thing I did. Finally I found magic oils of the best quality. For a bag lover like me, I can put it this way, I found the Chanel bag of oils!

The community is what I like the most. Just like when I started with my bags and found a community of people who like the same things and can exchange experiences, it's a magical!

Today to support my sleep, it is a bit si and so sometimes I now have the following in my evening routine: I diffuse lavender and bergamot for a good night's sleep and I roll, with a homemade roller, lavender, copaiba and frankincense along the spine and below the soles of the feet.

Through my ER score, I have now started to replace my married products at home such as detergent, cleaning spray, toilet cleaning, toothpaste, soap and more. The list can be made long, for non-toxic products at YL.

If you are curious to learn more about oils, a Premium starter bundle is the easiest way to get started. You get a variety of oils and you can do lots of different rollers for support and you get a diffuser of good quality to start diffusing with. You will be part of a wonderful network with so much information available and I will be there for you when you need support. Here you can see what is included in the Premium Starter bundle:

This is by far the yummiest vegan Cream Cheese I have made. I have found so many recipes online and finally I'm very satisfied with this version I made. For best result you need a high speed blender to mix it all. So you need.

1 cup of raw cashews (let soak over night or 8 hours)

1/4 cup of water

2 tsp lemon juice

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp salt

Add sesoning after taste (chose one of your choise):

2 tsp chopped parsley (fresh or frozen)

1 tsp chopped chives (fresh or frozen)

1 roasted pepper

1/2 tsp garlic (fresh)

2 sun drained tomatoes finely chopped

5 olives (finely chopped)

How to do?

Drain and rince the soaked cashews. Put all of the base ingedients in the blender. Blend until the cheese is smooth, you may need to add some more water if it's hard to blend.

When ready put the cream cheese in a bowl and mix (by hand) with the seasoning of your choise. Put the cream cheese in a nice bowl and this will keep in a sealed jar in the fridge for about 5 days.
