Bread without flour




Love these muffins, you need to try them. So easy and flour free.


This dough will make 6-8 muffins


4 large eggs

120 g cream cheese 

2 dl oat fibre

2 tbs psyllium husk

0.5 tbs baking soda

0.5 tsp bicarbonate 

0.5 tsp apple cider vinegar (with mama)

1 tsp salt

1 tsp sweetener 


How to do it:

  • Whisk egg, apple cider vinegar and cream cheese fluffy

  • Stir in the rest of the ingredients 

  • Let sit for a couple of minutes 

  • Make 6-8 piles of the dough on a baking sheet

  • Wet your hands an form the piles into muffins

  • Take a fork and prick the muffins

  • Bake in the oven (225C/437F) for approx 10 minutes or when they get at nice brown color
