Yesterday we made the most deli 80s dish. A traditional "Plankstek" (Beef steak on a plank). We made it with the choice of salmon or beef steak and all the kids really loved it. We had the planks for several years but have never used them until yesterday.
To use them is a part of my mininalistic journey. What I don't use, I will let go! Unfortunately everybody loved it and ate a lot.... so I guess the planks will stay ;) .
